Oh my!
I keep forgetting to update this blog - actually I never have time to update ANY of my blogs! I am always too busy. I only find the time to update when I am at work and even then it's very rare.
With that said, I HAVE been working out, mostly cardio (ala treadmill & bike), and abs. I know that blogging my workouts is important and I have to make sure I do it, even if I am busy.
As for my weight status, I have lost a few extra pounds which I am happy about and from now on I'll be sure to enter my workouts!
Ciao!

Me and the cats decided to do pilates this afternoon, the cats do a lot more flopping then pilates, they just never leave me alone when I do pilates lol! Elle demands belly rubs and Simon head bunts me until I give him pats.
Cardio : Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout.
Abs : Crunches- 3 sets of 50 reps
My legs were in dire need of pilates, they needed a stretch like woah! (as Gill would say haha)!

It LOOKS like I have been on gym hiatus, but really I have been working out just not at the gym.
Friday the 26th we got to Evolve and decided to camp atop a steep hill (we wanted the best camping spot even though it was far away from the car), so we lugged all our gear up the hill, it was back breaking! I was not impressed.
Saturday we went swimming in the fresh water lake and did a lot of walking around as well as dancing for like 5 hours to a mix of rap, alternative, rock, hip hop and rave music!
Sunday we moved all the stuff back to the car, which wasn't as hard as taking it up the hill, but still, a good workout.
Monday I helped Gill move for 5+ hours! She moved to the top floor, which meant we not only had to carry the stuff to the car and pack it but we also had to lug the heavy stuff up 3 flights of stairs. It was the hardest most strenuous workout I have ever had. EVER! I didn't know if I would survive! LOL
Today, I am really sore, my legs are very very sore. I will probably take tomorrow off too, but definitely back to the AFC on Wednesday.
